We are currently looking for an Electrical Site Engineer to join our Construction team for the Substation projects in Albania.

Your role will encompass:

  • Manage and supervise electrical construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, budget, and schedule
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to plan and execute electrical installations effectively
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that may arise during construction, implementing solutions promptly to minimize project delays
  • Review and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide installation and wiring processes accurately
  • Collaborate with the design team to provide input during the pre-construction phase and address any design-related concerns
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all electrical work performed on-site, including progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety among all personnel involved in the project


What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience , preferably as a site engineer in energy sector
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and codes
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Commitment to safety and compliance
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to relocate
