Research highlights the prevalence of bullying in educational institutions, yet the absence of a formal definition limits both policy responses and data collection efforts. Studies show that a significant majority of teenagers in Armenia face bullying, with incidents most commonly occurring among 12-15 years-old students. In response to this pressing issue, Ampop Media published a comprehensive series of stories exploring the problem of bullying. The first story is shedding light on the scope and impact of bullying in schools. ✔ Ampop Media has incorporated three forcibly displaced journalists from Nagorno-Karabakh (NK) into its journalistic endeavors. In the upcoming weeks, our colleagues will take part in intensive journalism courses by Ampop Media, with the opportunity to fully integrate them into the editorial activities of the Ampop.am data reporting platform. ✒ A new heading will soon be launched on Ampop.am, where we will feature stories about the challenges, ongoing difficulties, and successes experienced by NK citizens who relocated to Armenia after 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh War. 📍 This initiative was produced within the framework of the “Professional Media, Practitioners and Grassroots Joining Forces for Dialogue” project, implemented by the Public Journalism Club and funded by the European Commission.
