Arnell and Ms. Alexandrine Peterson discussed work-life balance and stress management with our employees. This year’s focus on stress management and work-life balance resonated with our employees as we continue to develop an engaged, informed, and health-conscious workforce. Our employee health awareness events have contributed to improving employee morale and engagement, as attendance has increased each year, signaling an increased commitment to personal health among our staff. These initiatives align with SZV’s Beyond 3.0 strategic goals of continuously developing and maintaining a people culture that will contribute to overall employee satisfaction and productivity. Our dedication to promoting health and wellness in the community also extends internally.
