Going skiing or snowboarding this winter? Download trail maps from your favourite ski resorts to your iPhone and use the built-in GPS to find your way around the slopes or track your activities.

The best thing is that you don't need an active internet connection, just download the maps you'll need in advance and everything you need on the slopes is right there on your iPhone. If you do have an internet connection available however, you can display webcams from Windy.com on the piste maps or check the weather forecast at your favourite resort.

SkiMaps is now also available on iPad, a great tool for making plans for your next trip!

Awesome must-have app!

Great app, very easy to use.
Developers are adding new maps constantly, and the feature to send your location to a friend with sms works like a charm!

I'm using this app for more than a year now and i really like it. It had all the maps i needed it to have and the build quality of this app is amazing for having such a huge amount of features. Usability is top and the look and feal is simple and clean.
