Worst and Most Confusing App Experience Ever
I’ve used several mobile banking apps, but the American Express app is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered. It’s unnecessarily complicated and lacks the user-friendly interface you’d expect from a major financial institution. The app also seems to lag frequently, and not only is the design weird and counterintuitive, but it also has glitches that freeze the app at random moments. For an app that’s supposed to offer seamless financial management, this feels like a tech nightmare. Amex really needs to fix this and invest in making the app usable.
