Bisleri at Doorstep 4+

I ordered 20 liters Bisleri bottles. Order placed on June 28th which was supposed to be delivered by max on 30 June. Guy calls me for the delivery ans says will reach there in an hour.
Guy did not came, called he did not answer.
It’s been July 2nd and order has not been delivered yet. I called customer service they said will be delivered today after an escalation was raised against the order but not sure when it will be delivered. I was waiting until first half my Saturday which was waste of my time, guy calls in a very rude tone saying “share your location on WhatsApp or will not be able to deliver the product”. After knowing my location he said “I will let you know if I can deliver by evening or so”
Called customer care, they called delivery guy and near by delivery office no one answered their call.

I couldn’t buy water bottle from anywhere else as I don’t have any spare bottle so if delivery guy will come then I won’t have anything to give them in exchange.
They put me in a situation where i was sitting thirsty because of these people. Also wasted half day of my Saturday because I live alone and there will be no one to collect the delivery.

There is no system, no one is looking into the issues at the backend. Better buy it from nearby shop or get it from some other service provider.

The application is a complete disappointment, I just gives you feature to select product and book.
You cannot track the exact trail of your order. It just shows booking date, No ETA.
Additionally the support chat UI is not compatible on IOS devices, and plus it lacks the intuitiveness of the options. I am not sire if they really want to provide support or have made it just for the heck of it. I am not sure how do they even pass the sanity testing of this application and released.
Now talking about there timeliness, I have ordered 3 times, out of which 1st time it got delivered timely, post that it was challenge. 3rd order I had to cancel after waiting for 4 days.
You call there customer care, they have no clue and give only standard script answers.
There distributer in Banaglore is worthless and not even bothered to send the product.
Bisleri - The days have gone when it was a monopolistic environment for you, if you really want to serve, sort your distribution and make people accountable.
Please give order from watsapp rather than wasting you time and money managing a mobile application.
You should start focusing on making micro distribution system at ward level, you demand will increase.

The worst services I have ever seen. First of all I have placed an order on 8th nov and today is 21st November. I have not received my water cans. The delivery agent has no idea of address they always ask us to send location for which we need to save their number and all the nonsense. The delivery agent calls from another location and then will do time pass for 30mins by calling 3-4 times even after sending the location and finally won’t come and claim that truck broke down(has happened 3-4times with me) secondly for delivering water they take 2 weeks. Which is an essential item. Such pathetic service I am trying to cancel and get a refund . But that option also doesn’t show my money is gone. Uninstalling this today. PATHETIC. Please Avoid
