Good App but some features missing
It is a pretty simple and straightforward app for a small bank - infact never really faced a big issue here and the interface is very intuitive.
Only one problem - RDs could have been opened before - but now I can only see old RDs created on the app, when I press the button to create a new RD it says the feature is disabled which makes one have to go to the bank which had made the app a bit regressive from its previous self. Wonder if the feature will come back.
Love this newer version
In love with this newer bolder version. Seamless interface and swift change of tabs. Enjoying using the app. Also enjoying the FD deposit features. Expecting more features to be added on like putting money in a piggy bank within the account. Opening new RD’s. Would love to see a fastag feature added. Great going and thanks for making our banking easier.

Excellent Service by DCB
DCB is one of the finest bank that offers excellent services accross sectors. I have always experienced excellent services from DCB, both within the physical premise of the bank or in the app. Even the customer Care executives do their job pretty well. Has anyone noticed that DCB is the only bank whose ATMs Air Conditioner is always working wheras many other big ticket banks or popular banks AC is rarely functional.
