New version Not User Friendly

With the new version, I find that the beneficiary management feature is not as intuitive and requires more effort to accomplish. 3. **Overall Experience:** While I understand the need for updates, the current version has become a source of frustration for me and, I believe, for other users as well. The added complexities and changes have made the app less user-friendly and have led to a decrease in the overall user experience. I kindly request that you consider addressing these concerns to ensure a more seamless and user-friendly experience for all customers. I believe that a return to the simplicity and effectiveness of the previous version would greatly benefit users.

Click on Transfer/Pay -Transfer money, select from your beneficiary list and based on details transfer will be treated as Direct Remit / Telegraphic transfer as per internal bank policy. Once the transfer is submitted, system will ask to save beneficiary details with nick name. Excellent performance banking app so far
I was little worried while changing from the old and popular ENBD mobile banking app to the latest version, because it said that once we shift to new version there is no going back. Anyway I tried the updated new version and I think the performance had significantly improved. Transactions had never been so easy... Everything done within lowest processing time. Although pointing out some minor suggestions for developers to work on. * Add dark theme also in personalization settings. * Transaction statement limited to 2 year only, extend the same if possible. * Transaction sorting based on debit credit or other keywords to be added so that the customer can easily track old specific transactions out of the whole.

Don’t move to ‘X’ app, Worst roll out and no support for Beta version users
Since I moved to this beta version it’s been a nightmare. It’s not user friendly and compared to old app apart from looks and feel everything is bad to worse. I can’t find required info easily. Every time I have to call customer care just to know where I can find a certain feature and wait time is more than 10 mins. For example I can’t find Smart Pass (there is no mention that it’s no more there), for Transfers I can’t select Direct remit until I enter all details and at the end it will show whether direct remit is available for the transaction or not. Earlier once I added a payee it will show me at the beginning itself whether I can do a direct remit or not. All my old payee information is gone once I moved to ‘X’, now they can’t pull that info neither I can roll back. Earlier Menu had so many options now I don’t see them. All in all worst experience. Now it’s toooooo secure that it’s logging me out when I am doing money transfer and toggling between apps to enter data. This is crazy. For money transfer authorization it kicks me out while I am validating it and then I can’t find that authorization whereas they said check notifications and then complete authorization. It is driving me nuts and it’s night mare to use it.

Hi Khaja, thank you for reaching out to us. Smart Pass icon/token will no longer be displayed as Smart Pass PIN will be enough for authorizing transactions through push notification.
