ETV is a big brand and have lot of money still they don’t put good efforts to make the app on par with other competitors. App developers are not highly professional or they dont know how to make the app to perfectness or etv is not paying them properly. Or they gave deal to mediocre company. Do something man we expect better from you. Not user friendly especially portrait mode to landscape mode on mobile, fast forward etc player is not at all user friendly. Change the app dev company. 2.5 avg rating for app for etv? Shame. Ramoji rao would cry. Errors in posting content too.

I recently attempted to subscribe to ETVWin, expecting a smooth and straightforward process. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon subscribing, I noticed the subscription amount was promptly deducted from my account. However, to my dismay, the subscription itself was not activated on my profile.

Hoping for a quick resolution, I reached out to their customer care team. The response I received was underwhelming and did not meet the basic standards of customer service. The interaction was unsatisfactory, leaving me frustrated and without a solution to my problem.

The lack of prompt and effective customer support in resolving subscription issues reflects poorly on ETVWin's commitment to customer satisfaction. This experience has significantly impacted my view of their service, and I am left questioning the value of their subscription offering.

To anyone considering ETVWin's services, I would advise proceeding with caution. The process, which should have been seamless, turned into a frustrating ordeal, compounded by inadequate customer support.

This is the worst app I have ever used in my entire life. Firstly fed up trying login into your app, it says signup, after entering details it says user already exists, this app developers knows when we gonna get otp after much efforts if we do login it takes forever to load and by any chance if you pause it will never play from that scene , I had to close and open app for atleast 10 times to play the video from starting again, with such bugs you have subscription plans which is total waste of time and money. It took forever to watch 6 episodes. Totally hating this application.
