The Fastrack Reflex World application is the ideal companion App for your Fastrack Reflex Smart wearable devices. To utilize all of the Fastrack Reflex World app's features, download it to your smartphone, then pair it with any Bluetooth-enabled smart wearables.
Use the Fastrack Reflex World application to set up and manage the following features:
- connect/disconnect with Fastrack Smartwatch
- Software /Firmware updates
- Personalise your settings
- Data such as steps, sleep, heart rate and skin temperature can be synced and accessed. Just so you know, these recordings are only meant for reference and not for therapeutic reasons. Before making a decision, please speak with a medical professional.
- Find my Watch
- Sync your smartwatch data (Steps, Sleep, Heart Rate etc) with Apple Health
- The Fastrack Reflex World application's settings and functionalities are only accessible when your wearable device is connected to your mobile device. Without a strong connection between your wearable gadget and your mobile device, features won't operate as intended.
- HEALTH APP INTEGRATION: This app integrates with the Health app.

Essential App for Health and Fitness
The app has been helping me to track the health and fitness for last 5 months. The features are excellent. The interface is very good. I would rate 5 if the bugs are avoided during the upgrade. Even now the heartbeat graph has a bug and the concerned team has not fixed for more than 3-4 weeks after raising the ticket. Some of the other bugs include loosing data after the workout and the reset of steps data after some sync failure etc.
unable to singin in the app
I have recently updated my app. After that app disconnected with my watch.
Without connection with app i am unable to change time settings of my watch, which is for some reason changed some how.
I think it was after the update.
App crashes at syncing in iPhone 14
I have bought Fastrack FS1 pro. I am writing to report a critical issue with the FastTrackSmart application on my iPhone 14. The app consistently crashes whenever I access the dashboard, which prevents me from using the app or storing any data. Given that this issue has rendered the app unusable, I kindly request a refund for my purchase. I talked to you're customer care and I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps, such as restarting the device and reinstalling the application, but the problem solved temporarily. Please let me know the next steps for processing this refund. If you need any further information, I am happy to provide it.
