App not working
The app totally doesnot works. It doesnot even open after registration of device. Tried reinstalling but in vain. When you are into health care service industry, feedbacks to encountered and action to be taken urgently. There is no second chance in this sector. And when you have already received a feedback regarding the issue in Aug 2023, how the problem still persists. Really pathetic service and app developers behind this.
Persistent PIN Setup and Loading Issues
I encountered issues while setting up my 4-digit PIN. After creating it, the screen remained stuck for an extended period. I had to close the app and upon reopening, I was prompted for the PIN. However, after entering it, the page has been stuck on 'Loading, please wait…' for an extended period as well. Hoping for a solution.
Worst application and worst customer support
Lots of people already share feedback about apps not working. However this company not bothered about issue. Unable to login corporate employee. Very poor application also. Apple must be remove from ios store. Not action taken by this company
