Not able to book ticket from yesterday
Very bad experience with FlixBus, yesterday I tried 100 times to book ticket but all the time it shows me, your card doesn’t support and I used more than 5 cards but same, then I went to the flix bus station but they were charging double of amount, I am a regular traveler of FlixBus but this time I am totally disappointed ☹️, I didn’t understand what’s going on.
I lost my Bag and a drone and never got it back
I traveled Europe through FlixBus and while i was travelling from Paris to Ghent at mid point I got very sick I had to use the bathroom and I informed driver before I left to use the washroom but still he left without me. And my bag and drone was still in the bus which I never got back though I complained immediately. They didn’t even want to help they could have talked to the bus driver but they never did and told me to wait for the mail for 14 days, I waited for 15-16 days and they never sent me the mail and then I sent the the messages through help section and they didn’t reply to that. They just sent me the mail saying they never received the bags . It’s fine now but I am saying it after going through many such links the drivers are ridiculous and they are thieves.. I am 100% sure Flix bus never contacted the drivers they just waited for driver to report the missing items and when he didn’t report they just said they didn’t get it . For those who is downloading this app I would rather suggest Blah Blah they have buses where bathrooms works, AC works and and and drivers are not thieves. Cheers
Scam!!!
I am soooo disappointed with FlixBus honestly we had our bus from Nepali farm to New Delhi at 24th June 2024 at 3:55 pm bus reached there by 4pm and usually at a main stop every bus stops for 20-30 minutes. We were a little late and we requested driver to wait for us for only 5 more minutes. And when we arrived at 4:15 pm the bus had been gone we got to know that even after requesting the bus driver they continued there journey from Nepali farm at 4:13 we were only 2-3 minutes late. It’s hard to believe that even after requesting somebody a bus couldn’t wait for its passenger for few more minutes infact every bus in Nepali farm stop time is 20 minutes. We were a group of 8 people it’s so sad and disheartening if the driver would’ve waited for only a few minutes we didn’t need to suffer this much! I need my money back!
