Hero App intends to enable differentiated customer experience through In Context messaging , Personalisation ,Different services basis customer tier etc.. You may connect with Hero using this app and perform various operations like:
Find Your Vehicle: You may search your two-wheeler based on your registered mobile no. or VIN (vehicle identification number) or vehicle registration number.
Vehicle Details: Various information of your two-wheeler like registration number, last service date, next service date, last service advice, goodlife details.
Dealer Locator: You may search Hero authorised dealership and workshops based on State/City or your location.
Service Booking: Service booking can be done with the help of this app. User can select the two-wheeler to be serviced, select the workshop and submit the request.
Hero Products: User may check the complete range of Hero products and download the specifications.
Tips: Maintenance schedule of hero two-wheeler is available under this section. You may select the two-wheeler for which you wish to check the schedule and plan your maintenance.
You may select a dealer and use his contact details to directly connect with him.

Not able to book service online
Hi team
I am not able to book service on this version of app
It is not showing all the service centers available in my Ahmedabad and it is also not allowing me to allow joyride service selection while booking the service, at the end of the process after entering all the details it end up with an error.

No support
Although the app looks good but it would be great if the dealer was educated on this. Despite paying entire amount the dealer doesn’t show the working of the app nor are they interested. Not sure how to get the app working if none of our documents are scanned !!!

Worst or I will say the worst company ever
I purchased xterme 160r on 3rd may and even after 21days I didn’t get my RC not any message from RTO, and when contacting them through social media or email they never reply nor the showroom replies or pickup the call. Even after 21days there app says no vehicle is registered on this number but shows my loan details on that number.
I thought its an Indian company so I bought as an Indian I should support my brand but they don’t care. Once you purchased they will not care about you.
