Needs more refinement

It would be great if I can select how many cameras appear on my home screen..I have currently six cameras installed and I only have the option of viewing them as a 1,4,9 or 16 cameras..I keep them at 9 multi view to be able to monitor all cameras but since I only have 6 cameras the bottom part of my screen is empty..it would be nice if the app creates a multi window based on the number of cameras an individual owns. That way there would not be waste of display space.

This app is a joke!! Highly inconvenient to a point that i start crying out of frustration.

Highly unstable app. It keep hanging up and i have keep closing and reopening the app over and over again. AND Why have you not given any timestamps or any log OR any indication of activity caught on the time bar? Do you seriously expect us to foolishly sit for 24 hrs to see when somebody came in and till when the camera has captured the activity. I want to directly see the videos of when the activities happened throughout the day and not wait for hours and hours to when the activity happened. Even when the setting of human activity is turned on its of no use because there’s no log of it at all, it only shows you latest 3 logs but what about when we want to see activity of the camera before that? When the mobile is connected to internet it gives us notifications thats all, but if we want to go through the camera activity this stupid app doesn’t have any indication of activity on the time bar, or any log of the time stamps for the duration of activity. Cheaper camera companies offer better user management and experience. You should seriously work on this app and provide the timestamps log for the duration of activity or else i will raise complaint against you because you charge a lot for the camera but your system is developed brainlessly and the camera becomes useless. All the functions and capabilities of your camera are useless without giving proper user interface to people.

Version 4.0.1 is awesome

I was about to replace my CP Plus cameras with some other brand at both my business and home. But the latest app update has showed me that CP plus does care about its customers. Please keep it up and bring more such useful updates. This update saved you one customer. Love the new GUI.

Also, if possible, kindly merge all platforms on one app where I can pair up my EEZO, EEZY and DVR/NVR cameras. Also if it’s not possible do share the reason.
