I had the worst experience after purchasing a Justdial package in 2024. A salesman visited my shop, claiming to be a manager with 8 years of experience at Justdial. He convinced me to buy a 3-month Banner Ads package, promising me that with Justdial's extensive customer base of over 40 lakh users, I would receive numerous calls and generate significant business. Trusting his words, I spent around ₹16,000 on the package. However, in the first month, I received only five calls, all of which turned out to be fake or fraudulent. I immediately contacted customer care to raise my concerns, but they responded by saying that banner ads don't guarantee customer calls. Instead of addressing my issue, they tried to sell me another package, promising more calls. This response shattered my trust in Justdial. In the second month, I received just six calls, all of which were from outside my service area. Despite spending ₹16,000, I received only 12 calls in total over two months, none of which were valuable to my business. Frustrated and disappointed, I decided to stop my services with Justdial by the third month, effectively giving them a "free gift" of my hard-earned money. This has been an extremely bad experience, and I regret ever choosing Justdial. I lost my money and gained nothing from their service. I strongly advise others not to purchase any packages from Justdial, as my experience has been nothing short of a complete waste.

kennel Name has been replaced with some Other the pet store vikaspuri
which is located in vikas puri.. astro Kennel running three listing one in Vikaspuri other ones in Janakpuri and a third one in Gurgaon justdial panel is not a reliable platform where we can trust… since 2010 we have been connected with Justdial for a very long and we were having a Paid listed and we put it hard work and all team efforts done by ASTRO KENNEL for quite a long years and all of sudden you replaced over business information and deleted over all the pictures which we were posted for quite long years and videos but you cannot remove the reviews we have all the recording and we are putting the attachments also in a social media so that people should not suffer the way we are suffering.. even you can crosscheck the reviews on the pet store Vikaspuri is of ASTRO KENNEL and the owner Nancy we have 222 reviews it’s obvious that someone who just came in the Justdial panel before a month cannot have this kind of huge reviews
