Worst banking service
I recently had a frustrating experience with KVG BANK mobile banking app and their customer service. The app is incredibly buggy, frequently crashing and making it nearly impossible to complete basic transactions. On top of that, when I reached out for help, the customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. This combination of poor app performance and inadequate support has been a major inconvenience. I hope the bank addresses these issues soon to improve their overall service quality.
