The Awesome App For Society

I am Ritesh Newal living in Ahmedabad and core committee member of a society of 500+ families. Before adapting this app, I researched multiple available apps that time. And looking at its feature I selected this.

The app maker are thinking way beyond a society needs. The App is user-friendly, multiple and awesome features. Pools, ERP, Notice, Security Gate Entry, Pre Approval Entry, Alarm and what not. Moreover overall communication process is simplified now, helping us reduce the overall complaints / queries from the members.
My Society of 500+ families is using this app since one year now and happy with it.
Other than App I am also very happy with the customer care service. They are calling to check the status every month and solve any problem asap they can. I would like to appreciate Ms. Kosha, She is always responsive and guide us whenever we need. I remember one instance when I called her on Saturday evening, when she was in Movie. She did not ignored the call and after listening the issue she said sir I am in a movie but I am forwarding your request to concerned department. And then after movie she called back and confirmed that my problem is resolved, What a customer service. Overall I am happy with App, Service and Price as well.

A must have for apartments

My gate application Is designed for apartments and helps to manage the day to day needs of the residents. This app will keep your apartment a safer and secure place. A large number of features are available like 1. 1. Visitor entry- Any entry to the apartment is with pre approval only. 2. Market place- if you want to sell something you can post it in market place. 2. notice board- any important notices can be uploaded. 4. bill payments- Payment of maintenance fee or other charges can be done. 5. local news, advertising and it helps to keep track if visitors and there by ensuring security of the apartment. So far it has been working well without any flaws. There is a feature to allow automatic vehicle entry using a gate and an RFID reader or Fastag and registered vehicles can enter and exit seamlessly while visitor vehicles will need approval.

Ad Overload

Frustration mounts with the Mygate app due to its intrusive advertising tactics, which severely compromise its usability. The primary purpose of the app—to enhance flat security—gets overshadowed by the relentless barrage of irrelevant ads masquerading as critical notifications. The constant stream of car promotions and other unrelated content floods the notification center, making it nearly impossible to distinguish genuine security alerts from marketing ploys. This deceptive practice not only undermines the user experience but also poses a serious risk by potentially causing users to overlook real security threats. To add insult to injury, the only way to rid the app of these intrusive ads is by paying a premium fee—a costly proposition for users already frustrated by the inundation of advertisements. This paywall further diminishes the app's appeal and leaves users feeling exploited. While the app boasts commendable features, its value is greatly diminished by its ad-heavy approach. In its current state, the MyGate app fails to deliver on its promise of providing reliable security management, leaving users frustrated and vulnerable to overlooking genuine security concerns amidst the sea of advertisements.
Showing adds as an notification for your property seems like a spam. People leave important work that they are doing just to check whether the property is fine just to realize it’s an ad.
