Didn’t recieve order, app showing delivered lost money ,worst customer service
Ordered from Ninja meal from kudu and got a notification after a while on the app saying your meal has been delivered *No one called and I wasn’t delivered anything , just lost my money and customer service number only provided auto reply messages it’s impossible to reach out to a customer representative here, worst online app for food delivery , not reliable neither trustable ,
Didn’t deliver
I ordered from a restaurant yesterday and it cost me 56 riyals. There was no call from the delivery partner and it said deivered and my money was gone. I tried contacting the customer service team and they keep goving me the same response. No action up until now. I’m not getting a refund!! I’ve been waiting for money to come into the app wallet but no change so far. Horrible service.
