Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 35% per year
Processing Fee: ₹80 to ₹2000 depending on loan tenure and amount
GST: 18% on processing fee as per law and policy of India
An example:
Loan Amount: Rs. 10,000
Tenure: 6 months
Interest Rate (APR): 24% per year
Repayment Amount: Rs. 11,200
Total Interest Payable: Rs. 10000 x 24%/12*6 (6 months) = Rs. 1,200
Processing Fees (8%): Rs. 800+144(GST 18%)
Disbursed Amount: Rs. 10000 (Loan Amount) - Rs. 800 (Processing Fees) - Rs.144= Rs. 9056
Total Amount Payable: Rs. 11,200
Total Cost of the Loan: Interest Amount + Processing Fees = Rs. 1200 + Rs. 800+Rs.144 = Rs. 2144

Application rejected
I have been using your app since the last 5-6 months and it has been a wonderful experience.
Starting from 2k my loan limit eventually increases to 9k. I’ve been making all my payments on time.
Only the last repayment was delayed by 4-5 days as there was a medical emergency in my family and i updated your team well in advance. However, when i reapplied after making the full payment my application hot rejected.
Is this how you guys treat loyal and long-term customer for just missing one payment. Highly disappointed given the past experience. Please look into it and fix this issue
