Cam not connecting on mobile 4G data

Not connecting at all using Mobile network on iPhone 6s( iOS 12). Connection on mobile connection was fine for a week after buying . But now i am never able to connect in mobile network . Whereas it works fine on WiFi. Only with a small workaround I am able to connect sometimes .
1. Connect on WiFi to the camera
2. Leave the app open
3 switch off WiFi and quickly switch on mobile data on my phone
4. Quickly Open the minimised cam app and camera will connect on mobile data.

If I take a little longer in this process cam doesn’t connect on mobile data. Please look into this bug.

Doesn’t work on mobile data

This app is 2yr old with no updates.

It doesn't connect through Mobile data but works on wifi. They have a terrible support team and been raising this issue for 4 months and they couldn't figure it.

Time keeps changing on its own.

Cam goes to offline and have to switch off and on tbe the power to make it work

I Installed 64 gb card but Not able to increase the video duration

Hi, i am able to record video only for 1 day, As i already installed 32 and 64 gb memory card in my 2 sannce camera’s and still not able to find that option to increase the duration of the whole recording setting......

Please look at this error and provide us it’s solution.
