Highly unstable app
The bank is good but not the app ..When the app works, it’s fine to use but when It crashes or sometimes get stuck at the login page.. it’s a pain to use. At times I have to force shut the app 20 times to get it working.. and some times u never get to log in for about 1 or 2 days ..also fund transfer is not easy using this app.
No transparency and the mobile app or web application doesn’t satisfy the customer needs

The web application or mobile application doesn’t provide the complete transactions made in a particular month and there is no option to download the credit card statement from any medium of application.
Not user friendly and the bank’s customer service executives are not well trained to understand the queries and respond. First bank I’m seeing charging the customer for cheque books and the credit card pin change.
Credit card cancellation charges also very high and poor support from the bank.

Good to see now clear statements available for credit cards with details of instalments of the EPP
Now the application looks more stable .
