sRide™ - Meet People Locally 17+

I am absolutely thrilled to share with you all about Sride, I recently started using! Not only does this app make transportation so much more convenient and economical, but it also allows me to connect with other like-minded individuals in my community. The interface is user-friendly, the passenger partners are reliable, and the overall experience has exceeded all my expectations.
From saving money on gas to reducing my carbon footprint, this app truly has it all. I can't wait to continue using this service and sharing it with others who are looking for a seamless and eco-conscious way to travel.

-redeem option on weekends only. That too in Paytm or banks but it works on weekends only.
-route option not there in my app. Meaning i cannot select which route i wish to take in my ride so it creates lot of confusion and leads to cancellation of rides and waste of time.
-the prices suggested by sRide are way too low. I generally incur a cost of INR 170 one way and get only 40 bucs if i ride with one person. Idealy the cost should be equally divided between all riders. So if there are just two people i.e. rider and i then the cost should be 85. Likewise if there are four people traveling then the cost per head will be around 43. Currently the cost is INR 43 irrespective of how many riders are in the car. Not fair. I heard people are getting contacts from sride and form their iwn group and decide on a price themselves. Not using sride which only gets the commission. Smart idea.
-app started to crash from today. If i go to edit my ride it crashes.

Message to fellow car owners - Guys, this is a pooling app for social and environmental benefit. Let’s not use this as a strict commercial app like Ola and Uber. You are not cab drivers. So please stop complaining about not getting rides or riders cancelling and you are not able to get another ride etc. also please stop cancelling rides if they pay you trough voucher.

Message to Riders - Please be courteous. Car owners are not cab drivers. And they are not using SRide as a job. It’s just a convinient tool for both rider and car owner to share and pool.
Please be respectful and mindful of the car owners and maintain a healthy relationship.

Message to Developers - Please hire some QE/Test Engineer. This really needs some bug fixing.
Few behavioural problems you can’t fix but technical problems should be fixed, if you want to regain customers. There are other apps coming up to compete you. But I wish you all the very best. Keep the app light, user friendly but solid and robust. And most importantly have a transparent and robust refund mechanism which covers all the scenarios in case of refund requests.
