Are we not able to develop a ticket booking application?
Its highly disappointing to see this kind of application in Tamilnadu government owned transportation. I have very high respect for our government and system. But negligence in the user experience causing more damage for our growth as whole.
Please give this development project to any of our colleges are esteemed universities. They can do this far better than this.
If there any 0 star I will opt for this app now.
Worst experience
Very worst experience in booking bus. The app as well as web page reaches upto payment option and amount will get deducted but the ticket won’t be get booked. If we called customer care number it will be not reachable every time . Please users dont try to book busses if u have only particular amount in your hand. There are other private app to book busses lesser than this price too.. beware
