Poorly prepared and run
The app does not recognise correct entries. I tried repeatedly to register/login. Each time it responded “user does not exist”. I tried this for accounts of two different persons, with the same result. I can vouch for the correct entries because for several years now I’ve been paying the bills every month on UPPCL website using the same credentials.
Very poorly developed App
The App did not start from the word go ! I tried to log in several times using same credentials as I use in the website for online bill payments but it didn’t start nor did it give any error message . I would expect at least a working Mobile App to be deployed on the App Store by such a large co-operation .

Not able to login
I tried multiple times but not able to login. It shows user does not exists. Even by my mobile number also I am not able to registered as a new user. Such a worst app ever i seen
