Our new Vendekin (previously Convipay) app enables vending machine control and operation
through your smartphone, leading to our newly invented category – Smart Vending. If the vending
machine fails to dispense the product, a refund will be initiated immediately.
The Vendekin consumer app lets you view all the vending machine products as a
catalog on your smartphone. Once you select the products you need, make the payment using
one of the many payment options integrated with the app.

Not connecting
It takes lot of time to buy a product through this app.
Moreover you can buy only “Single” at one time. There should be options that we can buy multiple things at one go.
Moreover, lot of connecting problem due to Bluetooth. PlZ change the method to connect.
Pure disappointment
Go to hell with your app, please get yourself banned from the face of humanity. Doesn’t deserve to be an app
Worst service
I purchased few products, my payment was successful but the app didn't progress, and I never received my products. When logged a complaint they didn't even respond to it as if saying get lost. I hope they will look into such behaviour of neglecting their costumers or else maybe in the future their business might not run(not a threat but when customers won't get what they need with them being neglected by the helpline team. They will stop using it and maybe the companies might ban the vendors because of it, resulting in the brand's downfall)
