Sign In Error
While the VietJet Air Sky Club website uses user email id or membership number to sign in, the mobile app asks for a mobile number to sign in, but unfortunately doesn’t excep the mobile number in any format.
Worst to travel
A family member booked a flight 2 months in advance and just a week before the travel they have increased the layover from 2 hr 15min to 19hrs 14m! Completely changed my trip by 1 day, without thinking there are hotel reservations and other activities that will be a loss. And almost 20hr layover with senior citizens and kids is impossible. Also, as per Vietjet website, they will give credit in their airlines! This is illegal and unjustified
NEVER TRAVEL WITH VIETJET!
Corrupted company
They are incompetent and unprofessional. This airline just rip people and never bother to help there customers. They turn away people after making commitments. They are corrupted and shouldn’t be allowed to provide services for the air travellers. Ban them and charge a big fine. So annoying company and uneducated employee. They have road side cheap employees who even unaware about foreign passport holder policy.
