Not able to apply it

After choosing everything why is it not working ? I chose the lifetime payment option

Not working after payment

I installed and purchased lifetime pack and widgets get stuck, even in paid version. Clocks get stuck at certain time, you have delete and recreate widget again. Same with weather, useless to pay.
