Unable to book; Pathetic experience
I was in Diu and tried to book a cycle but couldn't do that. It kept on showing an error. Even used the help desk in the app to tell them that but never got a revert. Had paid the initial rs 100 but couldn't use thay, nor am I able to get a refund.
Good stuff
It’s an great idea towards nature and our health also the cycle is amazing everything is nice except the basket the above basket is small that when I keep my phone in it, it falls down even from a small jerk they need to improve that basket it should be a little more deep and big
The app is trying to scam you
They will say we will refund your deposit money but the app doesn’t have the option refund. They don’t even receive the call
