e-duan feature completely useless, can’t ever submit anything, either it keeps spinning after you click “submit” or it tells you “connection error”. Also no “lain-lain” category listed for complaints, so users are forced to pick a category that doesn’t make sense.

The only times this app has worked well is with the number-taking function at the JPJ offices to settle errands eg tukar hak milik, settle compound. Tells you the estimated wait time, notifies you when you have to be near the facility, sounds an alarm when it’s your turn - I honestly thought that it was crazy clever (for Malaysia LOL).

Have not evaluated road tax other features.

The app's insistence on a 3-month password expiration policy significantly hampers its usability, especially for senior citizens. Constantly changing passwords can be a daunting task for them, leading to frustration and potentially locking them out of their accounts. It's imperative for the app developers to consider the convenience and accessibility for all users. Incorporating biometric authentication as an alternative to prove identity would be a more user-friendly approach. This adjustment would not only enhance security but also improve the overall user experience by making it more accessible and less cumbersome. Implementing such a feature could greatly benefit users, ensuring that the app is not just secure but also welcoming to individuals of all ages.

I know that the server of the JPJ is not at the best quality because i have seen it...the first time i tried to login n create my acc was so horrible i cant event register due they cant find my ID maybe because the connection between myidentity arent that well or the main server are not that good....but i would say if you guys stop the myeg by creating renewable driving license and roadtax here that would be wonderful because myeg would cost more and the system connection with myeg is kinda not that good
