B1 BATTERY TESTER HARDWARE REQUIRED FOR FULL FUNCTIONALITY
The B2QScan App is a lead acid battery health analysis and data sharing application that works together with a B1e Battery Tester to help battery service providers and owners determine battery condition and track the health of 12V lead acid batteries (WET,MF, AGM, EFB...) .
B2QScan instantly captures battery characteristics from an optical image generated by a B1 Battery Tester. Data may be shared between connected B2QScan user accounts.
B2QScan includes the following features:
- Optically captures battery test data from B1 Tester (B1 Battery Tester hardware required for this feature)*
- Optically captures battery barcode*
- Optically captures VIN from vehicle VIN bar code*
- Determines battery health, and warns of potential starting and charging system problems
- Enables user to save, email, print, share test reports instantly

Absolute garbage, used to work well enough
UPDATE: After the update I had to uninstall then reinstall the app to get it to work correctly and get my previous test records to show up. All is working now, just need to get used to the new layout.
This app used to work decently well. But all the recent updates have added more and more problems like constant freezing and crashing. The most recent update from two days ago completely wiped my test records. I’m not able to synchronize my records and pull them back onto my device and after scanning a VIN number it never loads and pulls up the vehicle information. Just stay on the loading screen. You’d think that with how much you pay for the device that the app would work correctly.
Will not focus!
Only blur, will not focus! If I happen to have iPhone aimed correctly when first read VIN then reads it. I don’t have 5 min each time to make this work!
App used to work perfectly years ago! GO BACK!
Great Tester App
It’s awesome, quick, and accurate. However, the latest update has it synchronizing EVERY time you open the app and it forces you to wait till it’s finished. It use to synchronize in the background, allowing you to run tests at the same time. Now it won’t do that though and is very frustrating when trying to run a quick test. Overall a great Battery Tester App
