The Industry Online Support App is your key to a more efficient and successful use of products. With access to more than 300,000 documents about Siemens Industry products, anytime and anywhere, the App supports you in solving problems during project implementation, troubleshooting faults, or expanding or restructuring your plant, for example. It also allows you to create and manage support requests.



You also have access to the Technical Forum and other entries created for you by our experts. They include:

Main features at a glance:
• Support Request Management allows you to view and manage all current support requests and stay in touch with the technician in each case.
• Scanning of product/EAN codes to directly display all technical and graphic data of your Siemens Industry product.
• Emailing of product information or entries so that the information can be processed directly at the workstation.
• Easy sending of inquiries to Technical Support. Detailed information can be added with the scan or photo function.
• Content and interfaces available in six languages (English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Chinese) – including temporary switching to English.

Ugly and Slow

The app is marginally useful, but the design is terrible. It seems as if it was designed by someone who not only has never seen an iPhone app, they haven’t seen any sort of mobile app at all. Navigation is difficult mainly because the app fails to follow any iOS conventions. The app also likes to log you out every few days. The English translation is also very awkward in a few places.

Bug Experienced

When scanning the QR code’s it doesn’t automatically pick up on them as it did in the old app. Apple 8+. Always worked before the new update. Other than that I use this app daily at work. Fix the scanning bug and it deserves a 5/5 stars.
