NO ROKU ON new apple iPhone
I cannot write a review at this time because I have sent ROKU a message that I am experiencing huge difficulty getting my new apple iPhone remote ROKU connected and operating the television in my bedroom and, the home theatre and now the gathering room which has always connected well, now NO ROKU AVAILABLE!!!

THE APP WANTS MONEY

I never do app reviews, but it’s gotten to the point where I have to. As you know, lots of people lose their TV remotes in the couch cushions in blankets like it’s a normal thing well what if in the event you are sick and your body hurts to move and you’ve been stuck on the couch for a week now and you lose your TV remote but you wanna sit and watch TV and you see there’s an app where you can use your phone to control your TV when I saw this, I immediately thought that’s great now if I lose my remote, I know it’s on my phone and I’ll still be able to look for my remote, but I’m able to continue watching my show on my TV with my phone remote and go to the reviews as the app is downloading and quickly come to see that not many people like the app so I decide to go see what’s going on and I’m not even able to sync the app to my TV without it asking for me to pay. I hit the exit at the top and I can’t even press the button without asking for money. what if I am short on money but still wanna watch my Netflix series please get back to me as soon as possible but this is not OK and I really hope that you take my review and finally understand that loads of customers are upset about not being able to controller TV from their phone
Charging for a remote.
I’ve used this in the past when I’m in a bind or can’t find my remote. Now they want 6.99 a month or 40 for a life time pass! FOR A REMOTE! I’m so tired of every single company trying to get a piece of my paycheck. My current remote just broke so I’m stuck with no remote until I can replace it, I thought I would use this to get me by but now I can’t even do that! I’m so sick and tired of it. If there was a half decent option available I’d switch to them. This is disgusting customer service and a pathetic attempt at trying to rinse your customers.
