Rescue + Mobile 4+

I NEVERRRRRRRRRR downloaded this app onto my phone nor my old Mac laptop (which is now bricked and rendered useless as of last year because of tremendous privacy issues, tried to wipe and reset and couldn’t; lost ALL of my sons first 4 years of his life because of the Mac issues) and now I’m randomly looking through my App Store previous purchase history of apps and saw this app that says don’t download unless directed by support agent (WHICH I NEVER DID NOR WAS INSTRUCTED TO DO!?) and I deleted the Mac off my appleID last year and it STILL somehow has ruined my current iPhone device completely by somehow still being able to access my AppleID and iPhone!?!? LIKE HOW!? I contacted apple support abt the issue a few months ago (issues on my phone, suspecting the issues could’ve been connected to my old MacBook, they confirmed this suspicion and said it had to be escalated, and then within a few days after that encounter all of a sudden my iPhones battery needed “serviced”!!! And not to mention, this only occured after contacting apple, and also informing them of the overwhelming amount of heat coming from the back of my iPhone;battery!!!!!!

DO NOT TRUST NOR PURCHASE THIS APP!!!!

Guys whenever you are on the phone with any type of support or someone you don’t know do not download anything, you shouldn’t have to download anything to get help if they are official. My mom caught this guy and when she started questioning him he got silent and wouldn’t answer any of our questions it was hilarious how quickly the situation changed, we hung up and luckily avoided being scammed. Once again, THESE ARE SCAMMERS, DO NOT FOLLOW OR LISTEN TO ANYTHING THEY SAY

I finally am grateful for the update to allow a reliable ability to at least let the user share their screen. This falls short of 5 stars as we don’t have the ability to take control of the users phone.
