BTC Prague 2024: A Resounding Success!
It’s been two weeks since BTC Prague 2024 wrapped up, and I am still overwhelmed by the incredible feedback and heartwarming messages of thanks pouring in. This year’s event was a tremendous success, and I’d love to share why!
A Snapshot of BTC Prague 2024:
• Duration: 3 days
• Venue Size: 11,000 square meters
• Attendance: 7,500 visitors
• Speakers: 200+ from around the globe
• Exhibitors: 75 companies with booths
• Partners: 85 in total
• Refreshments: 10,000 beers served
• Entertainment: 3 afterparties
• Activities: 15+ side events
The Journey:
Bringing this event to life took us a year of dedicated effort. After a year of planning, sitting behind screens, and analyzing charts and numbers, it was incredibly gratifying to see everything come together. Meeting attendees, watching them enjoy the talks, and interacting with sponsors and partners was truly rewarding. It filled me with immense pride for our team.
The Core Team:

• Katie: Managed all speakers, and oversaw the expo section.
• sifrant BTC Prague: Our brilliant copywriter and social media guru.
• Michael Roerade: Our dynamic marketing manager.
• Mario: The video and editing wizard.
• Ryta DeCrypt: Our graphic designer - created grunge-themed visuals.
• Matous Hurtik: Business and data analyst.
• Li฿or Novotny: VIP and concierge service manager.
• Vojtěch Kalina: Main stage and runners manager.
Despite being a small team of just nine people, with six fully employed by the event, we pulled off something extraordinary.

The venue was handed over to us EMPTY on Monday morning, and in just three days, we transformed it into a vibrant event space. By Sunday noon, we returned the venue to its original state—an impressive feat!

Looking Forward:
What makes me most proud is that BTC Prague has once again established itself as the largest and most influential BTC event in Europe. We’ve raised the bar after last year’s success, proving the importance and validity of #Bitcoin. We’ve shown the world that Bitcoin can no longer be ignored.
