Our future is being created here! The press conference and symbolic ground-breaking ceremony for our new office building took place last week on Thursday. In the presence of representatives from politics and business as well as colleagues and employees, the starting signal was given for this pioneering construction project. The new office building not only impresses with its modernity, but also with its sustainability and energy efficiency. Spacious office areas and flexible workspaces are planned. Green interior walls, a PV system and a rainwater treatment system round off the energy concept. "This project marks an important step in our company's development and is a special milestone in the company's history," said Thomas Fritzl during the press conference. With the new building, we are creating optimal conditions for our employees and sending a clear signal of our commitment to the Völkermarkt region. The ground-breaking ceremony was performed by our management, the project manager and guests of honour. Construction work is now set to progress rapidly, with completion and move-in planned for November 2025. The production hall, which will follow in the second construction phase, will be completed in the first quarter of 2026. "If you stop getting better, you stop being good." - Philip Rosenthal True to this quote, 17 of our employees took part at the first ABA Training Days in Kühnsdorf. For us at ABA, the further development of our employees plays a key role in the success of our company. That is why we are committed to creating the basis for continuous knowledge and skill development. The three-day training course at our in-house production facility provided the perfect setting for this. External and internal trainers taught our employees exciting topics such as valve, holder and piping technology as well as GDP basics. A visit from our ABA safety expert Josef Distler also ensured that the occupational safety aspect was not neglected. As part of a proactive safety briefing, we were trained not only in the proper handling of PPE but also in the practical and safe use of lifting platforms. We can all look back with satisfaction on three successful training days and are already looking forward to the next one.
