When Valio set out to make its yogurt packaging more sustainable, it needed a solution that met strict food safety standards, maintained the premium look and feel consumers expect, and complied with the EU’s Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (#PPWR). 🥣♻️ By partnering with Borealis and Neste, Valio found the answer in Borcycle™ C HC205TF—a polypropylene (PP) grade from our Borcycle™ C portfolio of virgin-equivalent polyolefins made from chemically recycled post-consumer waste. This recycled PP makes up 30% of the final yogurt cup, delivering the same performance, functionality, and appearance as traditional packaging. This Made-in-Finland value chain collaboration shows how working together in the spirit of #EverMinds™ can accelerate the shift to more sustainable feedstock, reducing reliance on fossil resources without compromising on quality. 🤝 Discover more in our latest case study ➡️ https://lnkd.in/dnqspp9f #CircularEconomy #ChemicalRecycling
