It is getting cold outside now, but how does winter weather affect your indoor climate? Winter is the peak season for indoor climate issues, especially for residents in modern apartment buildings. When temperatures drop, so does humidity – and this can lead to overly dry indoor air. For residents, this not only increases the risk of cracks in floors and furniture but can also impact health, particularly for people with asthma and allergies. At Brunata, we help monitor the indoor climate. We measure temperature and humidity levels with wireless humidity sensors, alerting residents and administrators when critical humidity levels are reached. A simple solution that can make a big difference during winter. The numbers are really about people! “For some, it might just be numbers in a system. But for me, it is about real people. We are talking about the residents' money, ordinary people’s lives.” Bjarke Balling's job at Brunata is to turn data from heat and water meters into clear figures. These numbers are used to create the many consumption reports sent out each year. “We have a big responsibility. The residents' consumption needs to be measured accurately. It is their money, and the costs must be distributed fairly and transparently. We have an obligation to get it right.” “A colleague from my previous job nudged me in this direction. He had already moved to Brunata and thought it would suit me perfectly. At first, I was hard to convince, but in the end, I gave in. Here is to our shared future in Türkiye! Brunata is teaming up with Kodsan Termosar Enerji Sistemleri A.S (KMT), a leading Turkish company specializing in energy measurement and billing systems. Moving on forward, KMT will operate under the name Brunata ZENNER–part of Minol, to further strengthen the company’s operations in the country. Recep Girisjmen will continue as General Manager. This acquisition is an important step forward for Brunata-Minol-ZENNER, as we continue to expand our international reach helping clients and tenants across countries using energy smarter.
