Celebrating the ‘Sales Academy for Product Managers’ graduation! Constantia Alucap's milk product packaging is FDA-approved, again! Our plant in Italy, Constantia Alucap successfully regained its IMS certification following an audit by an FDA-recognized auditor. This certification ensures compliance with the FDA Standards for Single-Service Containers and Closures for Milk and Milk Products, guaranteeing the production of sanitary containers and closures across our supply chain. The audit was conducted based on several key guidelines: • Standards for the Fabrication of Single-Service Containers and Closures for Milk and Milk • Good Manufacturing Practices • BRCGS for Packaging Materials • Safe Quality Food Institute Guidance for Food Packing Materials • Code of Federal Regulations Achieving and maintaining IMS certification requires a minimum score of 80%. Constantia Alucap has achieved a score of up to 90% for all product types for the second consecutive year (IMS listing: FULL). This accomplishment places us on the approved list of manufacturers of Single-Service Containers and Closures for milk and milk products outside the US. The products audited include all of our lidding line and reel fed specifications. We extend our gratitude to the dedicated team at Constantia Alucap in Italy for their hard work and commitment to excellence. Our latest initiative at Constantia Teich, the Safety Campaign, has truly made a difference by embedding safety into our everyday actions. As the year ended, our team launched the campaign with posters featuring our colleagues and their families. Slogans like "Safety starts with you - Your family needs you!" and "I work safely – for my colleagues too" highlight how our actions at work keep everyone safe. Our responsibility extends not only to ourselves but also to the safety of our colleagues, customers, visitors, and external companies on the plant premises.
