What an incredible evening of empowerment and inspiration at the #thenewITgirls AI Discovery Workshop, co-hosted with my brilliant colleague Jacqueline Berger! Our mission at Diversif-AI to foster an inclusive, transparent and innovative AI landscape through the empowerment of women truly came to life as we connected with over 70 enthusiastic participants on Monday night. The energy was palpable as Jacqueline and I dove into the world of AI, sharing not only the tools and technologies, but the deeper why - why it's crucial for women to fearlessly embrace AI and shape its future. From exploring bias and the need for diverse perspectives, to marveling at the trailblazing women driving ethical AI forward, the evening was an awakening to the transformative power we hold. But beyond the knowledge shared, what truly moved me was the spirit of community and the bonds formed. The thought-provoking questions, the "aha" moments of clarity, the determination to learn and grow together - this is the magic of women supporting women. A special thanks to Jacqueline, whose expertise and passion never cease to amaze me. And to all the remarkable women who joined us on Monday, you are the change-makers. Keep questioning, keep pushing boundaries, and most of all, keep believing in your limitless potential. This is just the beginning of a beautiful journey. It all started with a dad, who got concerned for his daughters future after seeing the tremendous impact #genAI will have on our future female talent. On that day Diversif-AI was born, with the mission to #empower women and girls using genAI in their private life and in their jobs. The three of us Malcolm Werchota, Maria Werchota, PhD and Jacqueline Berger sat together in Vienna, celebrated what we achieved and eager to look ahead for 2024 with more exciting opportunities to empower more female talent and foster diversity in #ai .

Reflecting on a GenAI Workshop in Cambodia🌟 Yesterday, our Diversif-AI team linked up with Robert Karczewski bridging time zones for a standout workshop with the Cambodian Sisters of Code. A 6-hour time difference? No problem. We kicked our free workshop up a notch, drawing in a lively bunch of Cambodian young professionals, a big shoutout to Sisters of Code. It was more than just a meetup; it turned into a hub of curiosity and tech innovation and unity! This time around, Jacqueline Berger delivered a powerful message about the vital role of women in GenAI. Her insights were more than just words; they struck a chord and kindled a flame of inspiration in the hearts of all who listened. Robert, our tech maestro, didn’t just chat up theories — he whipped up multiple Chatbots using Chatbase and other tools right before our eyes, proving the power of today's tech. Malcolm Werchota and Maria Werchota, PhD switched gears from business case studies to showing us the ropes of artificial intelligence. They dove into how tools like Google Bard, Bing AI, Perplexity, and ChatGPT can be game-changers when it comes to job hunting and studies. The feedback we got was through the roof, revving up our mission to thread diversity into GenAI for an AI that's not only brainy but holistic and genuine. Hats off to Natalja R. for getting this ball rolling, Sokuntepy Chriv for the smooth coordination, and Sophanara Son and other participants for sparking such engaging conversations.
