The good and the evil fighting against each other for the heart, soul and future of the people of the little village. However, this time there is a lot of truth in this scenario for the current ‚wild west village world‘ too. Given the immense power of the President of the USA, which the US Supreme Court, dominated by judges handpicked and implemented by Donald Trump in his last presidency, just ruled fully immune by law, the US election indeed has serious and even potentially dramatic impact for the future corse of the world too. „From rags to riches“, „Vom Tellerwäscher zum Millionär“ - vom alten neuen amerikanischen Traum und der Kraft wertebasierter Führung🧽💰💪 Tag 1 des Parteitags der US-Demokraten in Chicago - mit einem überraschenden ersten Auftritt von Kamala Harris, einer emotionalen Staffelübergabe seitens Joe Biden, einer richtungsweisenden Einordnung der anstehenden Wahl in die amerikanische Frauenrechtsbewegung seitens Hillory Clinton und einem Schub an Inspiration und Motivation der WählerInnen durch zahlreiche weitere prominente Redner, wie zB. Steve Kerr, dem legendären US-Basketballtrainer und Olympiasieger, der Donald Trump mit einer Geste des Superstar Stephen Curry beim US-Frankreich-Finale in Paris bedeutete, er könne sich „Schlafen legen“. Bei allem erwartbaren Getöse des Wahkampfes - Eines ist besonders bemerkenswert und zog sich durch alle Reden des ersten Parteitags: Das Wachrütteln und der Fokus auf den alten wie neuen amerikanischen Traum „vom Tellerwäscher zum Millionär“. Diese Vision setzt nicht auf weitgehend inhaltsleere Formeln wie ‘Amerika wieder gross’ zu machen, sondern ganz bewusst auf die dahinter liegenden Werte von Würde, Respekt, Vielfalt, Gleichheit, Freiheit und gemeinsamen Wachstum, die das Land tatsächlich gross gemacht haben. Natürlich ist in den USA nicht alles nur gut und das Land befindet sich wie die Welt in grossen Veränderungen. Diese Vision und der Wahlkampf von Harris/Walz kommt aber ganz offensichtlich bewusst ohne Unwahrheit, Abwertung, Hass und Gewalt aus. Auf diese Weise erscheinen die bekannt gegensätzlichen Attacken ihres politischen Gegners in um so grellerem, letztlich gegen diese zutiefst amerikanischen Werte gerichteten Licht. Eine direkte Auseinandersetzung mit den verschiedensten Diffarmierungen ist damit gar nicht nötig - sie demaskieren und diffarmieren sich zunehmend selbst. Mehr und mehr Rebublikaner veranlasst dies, Trump zu einem stärker sachbezogenen Wahkampf zu motivieren - bisher ohne sichtbaren und bei der bekannten Natur dieses Kandidaten vermutlich auch künftig ohne grossen Erfolg. Eine kluge Leadership- Strategie, die einmal mehr und hier auf offener Weltbühne mit großem Impact weit über die USA hinaus zeigt, welche Stärke in wertebasierter authentischer Führung liegt.
