Welcome to the GAMTI Advisory Board - Thierry Bravo! We are delighted to have another amazing expert joining the GAMTI Advisory Board - a very warm welcome Thierry! Let's get to know our newest member 😊 I’m Thierry, I’ve been in the industry for just over 10 years now. It all started like for a lot of other people in the industry – by chance. I needed a part time job that would help pay for university and I saw this advert that looked interesting. I started as a case manager in the MAPFRE office in Lisbon and made my way up the ladder up to Operations Supervisor. In 2019, I got the opportunity to move to the UK office and manage the medical assistance team for MAPFRE UK, in Bristol. MAPFRE unfortunately exited the market and I was without a job. Thankfully, I got a role as Senior Assistance Manager at Charles Taylor Assistance where I currently am and where I manage the day-to-day assistance operation. I also speak 4 languages (English, French, Portuguese and Spanish) which all come very handy when needed! We are excited to have you as part of our GAMTI Team and can't wait to work with you! #GAMTI #GAMTIAdvisoryBoard #GAMTICertified #RevolutionzeEducation
