We're excited to share that our project with neunerhaus is live on the crowdfunding platform Respekt.net! 🎉 Together with neunerhaus Billrothstraße, an opportunity house for young adults experiencing homelessness, our team has initiated this crowdfunding project to make improvements to their garden and courtyard, an important gathering place. The initiative aims to make it more welcoming and functional for the residents. If the funding threshold is reached, the project will be implemented this fall and our team will spend a workday building three raised wooden terraces under the professional guidance of TEAMwerkstatt. The first AI for Life Sciences Challenge has successfully come to an end! We took a little break to reflect on the event and now are ready to recap it together with you. We were pleased to welcome 172 participants from 38 countries worldwide, with 53 teams across 14 time zones participating in the hackathon. Congratulations to all participants! Your resilience, passion, and dedication impressed our team and the jury members. 🌟 Despite the tough competition between the teams, three teams impressed the judges from Gradient Zero and University of Vienna the most.
