🌟 Celebrating Excellence at iSi Automotive Mexico! 🌟 At iSi , we take pride in recognizing the dedication and achievements of our exceptional employees. Today, we would like to highlight two outstanding members of our team at iSi Automotive Mexico: Cecilia Hernández and Javier Cerón.   Cecilia Hernández joined us in 2023 as a production intern. Her passion and drive quickly became evident when she earned a special government scholarship. Cecilia went on to develop an innovative tracking system to monitor fabric consumption in the cutting process, which reduced the deviations to zero in Q1 2024.   Javier Cerón began his journey with iSi Automotive Mexico in 2020 as part of the sewing team. His commitment saw him rise rapidly through the ranks. Within a year, he was promoted to trainer, then team leader, and ultimately, he became a maintenance technician. Javier's journey is a powerful example of how perseverance and exceeding expectations can lead to incredible career growth.   These inspiring stories remind us that with hard work, passion, and dedication, we can achieve great things. 🎉Festivities to mark 60 years of iSi at our Austrian sites!🎉 We kicked off with the iSi After Work Aperitivo at iSi Culinary, hosted by our management team, to bring together the entire iSi Culinary team in order to catch up with new colleagues and reconnect with familiar faces over delicious snacks and drinks. As you would expect for a 60th anniversary we had birthday cakes at both our Viennese sites, joined by Christian C. Pochtler. It was a wonderful occasion to reflect on our journey and look forward to the future together. 🌳 Let's Plant New Trees, Save the Future 🌳 In honor of Thailand’s National Tree Day, iSi Automotive Thailand launched an initiative called "Let's Plant New Trees, Save the Future". Our employees joined hands to plant trees, contributing to increased green spaces and raising awareness about climate change. In April 2024, iSi Automotive Thailand embraced the spirit of the Songkran Festival with joy! ✨🌺 In colorful floral shirts, our team came together to participate in traditional activities, including pouring water over Buddha statues to seek blessings and engaging in playful water splashing.  In addition to the festivities, our safety committees took the opportunity to promote awareness of safe driving practices among all employees. Leadership is key to a successful organization. This past month, we focused on strengthening leadership across our global teams, addressing specific challenges in each country. Here are some insights from our Leadership Training around the iSi World! 🌎🚀     iSi Automotive Thailand organized a Leadership Training program at the Bangsaen Heritage Hotel. Over two days, six managers and nineteen supervisors from various departments delved into people development, aligning with global challenges and iSi group policies.     The Leadership Training at iSi Automotive Mexico covered essential topics such as leadership styles, situational leadership, and effective delegation. The sessions aimed to empower leaders at all levels within the organization.     The recent Leadership Training at iSi Automotive China, led by external expert Wang Yukai, focused on "The Road to Improving Leadership Skills." With a curriculum centered on iSi Leadership Principles and high-performance team building, the team enhanced self-awareness and leadership skills.     Led by trainer Susanne Mingers, the Leadership Training in Austria for Culinary, Components and Automotive spotlighted themes like Change Management, Crisis Management, Team Development, and Conflict Resolution.     As we continue to invest in our leaders worldwide, we look forward to seeing the positive impact of these initiatives across our global iSi family!     #LeadershipDevelopment #iSiGroup #Empowerment #ContinuousLearning
