HAVE YOU SEEN IT?   We had a pretty successful weekend at the MXGP of the Netherlands last weekend in Arnhem. Jeffrey Herlings took his 107th career Grand Prix win by going 1-1 in the races to win his home race! Gyan Doensen, our Factory Rookie rider, also dominated the EMX125 class with a 1-1 result to win his home race! In the MX2 class, Andrea Adamo finished on the podium for the second time in a row, with a third place overall.   Our MXGP riders once again went full throttle and showed what they are made of. CELEBRATING OUR YOUTH Today, August 12, we are celebrating World Youth Day, proclaimed by the United Nations! The international World Youth Day is intended to bring the interests and concerns of young people to the forefront and at the same time celebrate the potential that young individuals bring with them to develop the world for the better. We count on our young colleagues every day. We support them with training and further education, we challenge them and help them to develop with us. And of course, the interests of our young colleagues are on an equal level with all others. ORANGE SUMMER Welcome to over 50 students who are supporting us this summer for a few weeks in their holidays. The holiday internships give young people the opportunity to immerse themselves in the company, gain their first professional experience and actively support us. They support us in the areas of warehouse and production, but also in the offices. RETRO VIBES ON THE TRACK   Did you see that? To celebrate the 75th anniversary of MotoGPᵀᴹ, our riders and their bikes have dressed up and pulled off the finest retro look.   The distinctive white and blue design graced the KTM LC4-engined 1988 ‘KTM Single Racer’ of Wolfgang Felber (current Vice President Technology Road Racing) and was also the basis for KTM’s corporate logotype of the time. RALLY-RAID STAR RETIRES   All good things must come to an end. As Sam Sunderland hangs up his boots and announces his retirement from professional motorcycle racing, GASGAS and the whole KTM AG would like to thank the Dakar Legend for everything he brought to the team and the sport.   The GASGAS-team sat down with Sam at his home in Andorra to reflect on his many achievements and take a trip down memory lane, looking back at some of the 35-year-old’s best moments throughout his epic career.
