Rich Osborne, Caterpillar's new Vice President of LEPS (Large Electric Power Solutions), visited MWM's most successful region in 2024. After a tour at a local MWM cogeneration plant, Rich held a meeting in front of the assembled team, congratulating on the excellent result and sharing his experiences. The exciting day was rounded off with an evening program at a restaurant located in the Tyrolean mountains. Rich, thank you very much for your visit and the interesting discussions. Grzegorz Majcher, who has been associated with the intralogistics and forklift industry since 2008, joins our team. For over a decade, he has worked with key international clients, gaining experience in implementing complex projects. He began his professional adventure in the automotive industry, which developed his interest in various specialist vehicles, machines and interesting mechanical devices. In his free time, Grzegorz focuses on active leisure - traveling with his family, off-road motorcycle riding, and shooting sports. At work, he values cooperation with people, he is eager to get involved in interesting projects and is not afraid of new challenges. We are convinced that with such experience, energy and approach Grzegorz will quickly find his place in our team and welcome him as MWM Territory Manager for Poland. The year 2024 is slowly coming to an end, and the holiday season is just around the corner.
