Last week, we had the pleasure of presenting the ECOnti consortium at the Integrated Continuous Biomanufacturing (ICB) conference in Leesburg, Virginia, alongside our collaboration partners from enGenes Biotech GmbH. We received fantastic feedback on our initiative to enable end-to-end microbial ICB. It was also no surprise that discussions around the application and selection of PAT tools, automation, and process control were key focal points throughout the conference. In addition to an intense and engaging scientific program, there were various opportunities for networking and exploration. One of the highlights of the social agenda was our visit to the National Air and Space Museum, which provided inspiring insights from an engineering perspective. We are proud to be part of the advancement of ICB and the technologies that drive it.
