Sciana brings together outstanding leaders in health and health care policy and innovation across Europe.
Info
Sciana: The Health Leaders Network is an initiative bringing together outstanding leaders in health and health care policy and innovation across Europe. The Sciana network is supported by a partnership between the Health Foundation (UK), Careum Stiftung (Switzerland) and the Robert Bosch Stiftung (Germany) in collaboration with Salzburg Global Seminar. The network is for leaders who share a deep commitment to quality, sustainability, universal coverage, and patient and community-centred care, nationally and internationally. Their vision and collaboration, aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, is critically needed to respond to common issues, such as fiscal strains, demographic change, chronic diseases, and migration.

When asked what his #leadership vision was, Malte said: "Leadership for me is the combination of being authentic, accessible to everyone, and generating the space and opportunity for everyone in my team to thrive through leading their own work. My job is to give the team space for their energy and ideas by helping them resolve problems, remove barriers (mental and bureaucratic), and create new connections. I'm only as successful as they are!" Learn more about Malte's career and explore several of his articles: https://lnkd.in/gVZVRBse

A topic that remains close to my heart thanks to Sciana | The Health Leaders Network . paraphrasing Frank Vandenbroucke; 'Risk-sharing should not just be for narrow situations, e.g. medicine shortages: it should happen much more broadly, including prevention policies, as part of a Europe that cares'.
