🔬 Back from #ESBES 2024 in Copenhagen, and wow - what an event! This year’s symposium highlighted the growing impact of #simulation in process development and optimization, underscoring just how essential it’s becoming for efficient and scalable bioprocessing. Here’s what stood out to us: 1. Simulation-Supported Process Development: Simulation took center stage as a tool for streamlining and optimizing complex processes. Industry leaders are experiencing firsthand how it reduces both time and costs, cutting down on repetitive lab work. 2. Gradients & Cellular Productivity Inhomogeneity: Understanding gradients and pinpointing productivity inhomogeneities in bioreactors is essential. By knowing where these variations occur, teams can design and operate reactors with precision - a capability our software delivers. 3. Compartment Models for Complex Biology: Simulating complex biological systems isn’t easy, but compartment models are making it possible. These models allow for capturing intricate biological behaviors with both efficiency and accuracy. The response to our #software was overwhelmingly positive, with attendees eager to explore its potential! For many, our rigorous #validation process stood out as a game-changer, instilling confidence that our simulation results are both accurate and scalable - delivering reliable insights at any scale. 🚀 Seeing this enthusiasm reinforces our mission - validated simulations are the future of bioprocessing. Curious to see how we’re driving this growth? Let’s connect! - P.S. Thanks to Eva-Maria Wlaschitz for capturing this moment on stage 📸

At #ESBES in Copenhagen, we are excited to introduce a brand-new approach to scale up processes - within seconds - without losing the advantage of validated, physics-based models. Scaling bioprocesses from laboratory to production has traditionally been complex, time-consuming, and costly, often requiring empirical methods. At SimVantage, we have worked diligently to incorporate feedback from our customers and partners. This collaborative effort has led to the development of an innovative solution, designed to transform how bioreactors are scaled with unmatched speed and accuracy. 🔍 How does it work? We will provide a detailed explanation in a future post, but here is a brief overview: Our solution combines advanced CFD simulations with machine learning, enabling rapid scale-up while maintaining the precision of validated, physics-first models. 💡 Join us for more insights! Christian Witz will be presenting the details tomorrow at the ESBES 2024 Symposium - don’t miss this opportunity: 🗓️ When: Tuesday, 22 October, 1:00–2:15 pm 📍 Where: Studio 3 For the full event schedule, check the ESBES 2024 program here: https://lnkd.in/dhAeNnGX - 👉 Follow SimVantage for the latest advancements in #bioreactor technologies and #simulationtools.

Finally, conference season is back! Summer was nice, but autumn is even better—because it's time for conferences again! The RCPE - Research Center Pharmaceutical Engineering GmbH kicked things off with the #ECCPM 2024 last week in Graz, where the spotlight was on the latest advancements in pharmaceutical process modeling and development. SimVantage was excited to participate with our demo bioreactor, showcasing how our simulation software optimizes and scales bioreactor processes. Some attendees were a bit disappointed, though - they thought we were serving Aperol Spritz because the liquid in our bioreactor was orange! Unfortunately, no cocktails at our booth, but it was still a blast demonstrating how our technology works. The historic Old Technical University venue added a special touch, and it was great to see industry leaders like FDA, European Medicines Agency and Pfizer, Human.technology Styria GmbH, BNN - BioNanoNet in attendance. Huge shoutout to the RCPE - Research Center Pharmaceutical Engineering GmbH team for organizing such an incredible event! 👏 Looking forward to many more. 👉 Follow us for more updates on bioreactor innovations, process optimization, and upcoming events!
