Time for a short & sweet monthly recap! 🤩 🥐 July kicked off with a bang at our 3rd Innovation Brunch, co-hosted with Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich AG. We dove deep into the vital role of communication in sparking #innovation, inspiring attendees with a mix of expert insights and interactive sessions! 💡 Amid the summer mood, our creative energy has been in full swing! Johannes, Elisabeth, Viktoria, Valentin, and Maximilian had a powerhouse brainstorming session, coming up with great ideas for a challenge from one of our global partners. Behind the scenes, our venture experts navigate several transformative projects' validation phases, ensuring the solutions we build together with our partners are on the right track. 🧩 🍻 Balancing work with fun, we enjoyed a fun team evening, full of laughter (thanks Alex!), an impromptu beer-pouring competition, and great conversations. 💜 🙌 What else? 🚀 What a day! Our 3rd Innovation Brunch 🥐 in collaboration with Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich AG, just wrapped up in the inspiring Deisgn Thinking room at the Raiffeisen Innovation Center at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz. Our focus for this edition was the important topic of #Innovation Communication, both externally and internally, while networking over breakfast. 💫 We kicked off the morning with an interactive session led by Eva Kislinger (RLB OÖ) and Franziska Hecht where our participants brainstormed ideas to relevant "how might we" questions related to communication, using the creative space and learning firsthand how to integrate #ideation into their everyday business. 💡 🧩 Afterwards we had Laura Koch live from Germany joining us for an interview and sharing her insights into how Vetter Pharma uses #hackathons to ignite a culture of open innovation and engage people with the topic. 🙌 After a break and a tour of the recently renovated Raiffeisen Innovation Center, Alexandra Holzmann took the stage to talk about how communication within the company can be a powerful catalyst for innovation. She emphasized the importance of making it easy for everyone to contribute and showcased VIVATIS Holding AG's approach to do so via their innovation platform #innovatis, where employees can share ideas and actively participate in the innovation process and in exchange get a reward. Our last input of the day was the panel discussion on why communication is more crucial than ever in corporate innovation, moderated by Franziska Hecht. Barbara Boucek MBA (RLB OÖ), Andreas Lovric (LIWEST), and Jürgen Straßl (voestalpine) shared valuable insights on creating and investing in spaces for innovation outside of the company headquarters, managing stakeholders, and moving the topic of innovation culture in the HR department as a strategy of reaching all employees. 🚀 The main takeaway?
