𝟯𝟵 𝗝𝗮𝗵𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 – 𝗘𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘇𝘂𝗺 𝗙𝗲𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗻! Heute möchten wir einen Moment nutzen, um Christian Zumtobel unsere tiefste Dankbarkeit auszusprechen. Er ist seit 1985 ein unverzichtbarer Teil unseres Teams. Christian begann seine Reise bei uns mit einer Lehre als Werkzeugmacher und hat sich durch harte Arbeit und Entschlossenheit Schritt für Schritt nach oben gearbeitet. Nach seiner Lehre machte er den Werksmeister im Maschinenbau und übernahm bald darauf Aufgaben in der Montage unserer Spritzgusswerkzeuge für Verschlusskappen. Doch sein Engagement ging weiter. Über ein Jahrzehnt hinweg brachte Christian seine Expertise in unserer Konstruktionsabteilung ein und prägte zahlreiche Projekte. Nun, 12 Jahre später, leitet er weiterhin als Abteilungsleiter der Produktentwicklung unsere neuesten Verschlusskappenprojekte mit derselben Leidenschaft und Hingabe, die seine gesamte Karriere geprägt haben. Wir geben unser Know-how weiter, denn Erfahrung ist ein kostbares Gut. Umso mehr freut es uns, wenn sie in der Familie bleibt. Christian, gibt sein Wissen gerne an seine Cousine zweiten Grades Sarah Zumtobel weiter, welche auch schon seit knapp 7 Jahre bei uns im Unternehmen ist und bereits eine Führungsposition in unserer Qualitätssicherung übernimmt. Christian, wir danken dir für dein unermüdliches Engagement und den enormen Beitrag, den du in diesen unglaublichen 39 Jahren geleistet hast. Today, we want to take a moment to honor and express our deepest gratitude to Christian, who has been an integral part of our team since 1985. Christian began his journey with us as an apprentice toolmaker, and through hard work and determination, he steadily climbed the ladder. After completing his apprenticeship, he became a certified factory foreman in mechanical engineering, and soon after, took on roles in the assembly of our injection molding tools. His dedication didn't stop there. For over a decade, Christian contributed his expertise in our design department, shaping countless projects. Now, 12 years later, he continues to lead as the Head of Product Development, driving our latest closure cap projects forward with the same passion and commitment that has defined his career. We pass on our expertise because experience is a valuable commodity. We are all the more pleased when it stays in the family. Christian is happy to pass on his knowledge to his second cousin Sarah, who has also been with the company for almost 7 years and already holds a management position in our quality assurance department.   Christian, thank you for your unwavering dedication and the impact you've made over these incredible 39 years. David brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team, with a career that spans over 30 years in the closure and packaging industry. His journey with us began in 2011, during his tenure at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (formerly Coca-Cola Amatil), where he played a pivotal role in the company's decision to self-manufacture both closures and preforms. Before joining CCEP, David had already built a strong foundation in the industry, having served as a Senior Technical Specialist at the Asahi Group for 5 years and as a Commercial Service Manager at the Pact Group for over a decade—both renowned companies in the packaging sector. David's deep understanding of high-speed closure applications and his superior closure knowledge made him an invaluable asset to CCEP. It was during this time that David and z-moulds first crossed paths, working together on the innovative SyLon closure project. This collaboration was a resounding success, earning Coca-Cola Europacific Partners global recognition within the Coca-Cola system for excellence in closure design, weight reduction, cycle time efficiency, and overall performance. Under David's leadership of the self-manufacturing PSD facility, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners went on to install 11 z-moulds systems across Australia and Indonesia. We are thrilled to have David on board as we embark on this exciting new chapter. His extensive experience will undoubtedly drive the success of z-moulds Pty Ltd and reinforce our commitment to delivering world-class solutions to our clients in Australia and beyond. z-group setzt neue Maßstäbe: Einblicke in die Zukunft der Hightech-Industrie Letzte Woche traf sich Firmeninhaber und CEO Johannes Steurer mit Wirtschaftslandesrat Marco Tittler und dem Generalsekretär des Wirtschaftsbund Österreich, Nationalratsabgeordnetem Kurt Egger, um Perspektiven und Herausforderungen des Wirtschaftsstandorts Vorarlberg zu diskutieren.
